Vocal Ensemble is a performance based course emphasizing advanced study of diction, breath control, vocal technique, sight reading and music theory skills through extensive study of smaller vocal forms such as madrigals, small ensemble, male and female ensemble literature. This course may include concentrated studies of madrigals, jazz and foreign language choral literature. Required rehearsals and performances may be scheduled outside of the school day.
