This is the first stage in a series of English courses for the preparation of students for college or university. The course provides study in the various types of literary genre, which will include core literature works. The class introduces students to a more sophisticated level of literary terms and their applications. Grammar and vocabulary on an accelerated level are studied. A written final exam will be required.
