Spanish for Native Speakers 5-Advanced Placement is an alternative to Spanish 5-AP. It is specifically designed for the native speaker, and it is especially valid as an option within a restructured curriculum. This class would most benefit those students who have already taken NS 1, 2, 3, and 4-AP and who wish to develop and enhance the integrated skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing in their native language in preparation for the Spanish language Advanced Placement examination. Since this course focuses on a more sophisticated level of literary works, it demands a higher level of mastery and a more intensive approach than the regular 4-AP. The course covers the five major Hispanic authors tested on the Spanish AP literature examination.
