Brief Description

This course provides advanced students the opportunity to specialize in a particular area of interest in Architecture, expand their expertise in a particular specialization and develop more advanced skills: Students will focus on advanced design factors such as aesthetics, format, geometric shape and form, perspective drawing, scale, proportion, and presentation techniques. This course incorporates (S.T.E.A.M.) – a cross curriculum collaboration between Science Technology, Engineering, Art & Math. Students use and learn various 3D computer programs, tools and machines as a medium/tool for design of project components such as: Designing, rendering, sketching, inventing, model making, CAD, 3D printing, 3D modeling, Lasers, manufacturing & development. Exposes students to tools, machines, safety training, processes, and enables students to experience the process of translating and idea into a finished building or structure.
